Construction of 72 affordable housing units for seniors. The design, by Mercier Pfalzgraf Architectes Inc. includes three wings, 6, 4 and 3 floors, with 2 elevators. In addition to its 53 one-bedroom and 19 two-bedroom units, the building also includes a commercial kitchen, a large dining room, several community rooms and terraces for gatherings.
